Lawyer Files Suit Over Alleged Wiretapping

The lawyer for Kirk Kerkorian’s former wife filed suit Wednesday against the billionaire investor’s attorneys, alleging that they illegally wiretapped his telephone calls with his client during the divorce proceedings.
Terry Christensen and Dennis Wasser hired Anthony Pellicano, a Hollywood private investigator who has been indicted on racketeering charges, to wiretap telephone calls and gain a tactical advantage in the litigation between Lisa and Kirk Kerkorian, said Stephen Kolodny, who represented Lisa Kerkorian, in a suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
