Body of missing Fontana man is found

Three weeks after a Fontana man disappeared from his home -- in what San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials believe is a murder connected to the Vagos motorcycle gang -- a resident of Wrightwood found the man’s body dumped on a roadway near Phelan, sheriff’s officials said.
Coroner’s officials said they had identified the badly decomposed body of John Edward Rintalan, 54, which was found in on Desert Front Road on Monday.
Homicide detectives found a significant amount of blood at Rintalan’s home. Sheriff’s officials say they have no suspects.
