Authorities released the name of the caretaker at the home of actor Ving Rhames whose body was found after a mauling by at least two of the actor’s dogs.
Jacob Adams, 40, was found about 7:15 a.m. Friday in the frontyard of the home in the 12900 block of San Vicente Boulevard, said Lt. Joe Bale, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
An autopsy to determine the cause of death has yet to be scheduled. But Adams appears to have suffered multiple injuries as a result of the dog mauling, an LAPD spokesman said.
A Jacob Adams is listed as the screenwriter of “Animal 2,” a current Rhames film project.
