* Nurses and healthcare aides wanting to buy a home are priced out of most U.S. metropolitan areas, according to a recently published report. The Center for Housing Policy study found that licensed practical nurses topped the list of health professionals who could not qualify for a median-priced home, failing to do so in 187 out of the 202 markets surveyed.
