Jail for man who fed puppy to snake

A man who coated a puppy in cooking oil and fed it to his pet boa constrictor was sentenced in Phoenix to 90 days in jail.
Joseph Beadle, 40, also must serve two years’ probation. He pleaded guilty to animal cruelty in March.
