The Radisson hotel at Los Angeles International Airport has been sold to Harp Group, a Chicago real estate investor and developer, for $93 million.
Harp Group bought the 580-room hotel at the intersection of West Century and Sepulveda boulevards from San Diego-based Pacifica Cos., according to real estate brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.
Harp Group, which also owns the Doubletree Hotel LAX in El Segundo, will perform renovations and continue to operate the property as a Radisson, said John Strauss of Jones Lang.
