A gang member will get the death penalty for masterminding the kidnap and murder for hire of a businessman in 2002, an Orange County jury said Thursday.
Anthony Navarro, 40, of Canyon Country was found guilty of recruiting three gang members to kidnap and kill David Montemayor, 44.
