Man is arrested in 2003 cold case murder

Authorities Thursday arrested a man in connection with a 2003 cold case murder.
David Beltran, 32, an alleged member of the Vagos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, is being held without bail at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, said San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Det. Greg Myler.
Beltran is suspected of killing Dennis Daoussis of Fontana four years ago. Officials said that witnesses who originally refused to talk after the killing became more comfortable talking as time elapsed.
