Lions Gate gets credit agreement

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., distributor of the Tyler Perry comedies and the “Saw” horror movies, said it had arranged a five-year, $340-million revolving credit facility with JPMorgan and Wachovia Bank that can be increased to $500 million.
Lions Gate said the liquidity would enable it to “take advantage of potential strategic opportunities that may arise.”
