The fourth Indiana Jones film, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” got off to a strong start over the Memorial Day weekend, although overall movie ticket sales remained down from last year’s pace. Sales in the U.S. and Canada, May 23-26:
