Record vs. Rockets: 2-0.

Update: The Rockets are third in the Western Conference and have won 11 of their last 13 games, including a 97-95 victory Monday at Denver. The Lakers won at Houston in January, 105-100, when Kobe Bryant’s long three-pointer gave them the lead for good with 27.4 seconds left. The Lakers had little trouble with the Rockets in a 111-82 home victory near the start of the season.
