Ritzy Bentley has built-in buyers

Re: Dan Neil’s auto column, “Exquisite silence and a breathy thunder,” April 24:

I was fascinated and amused by the column regarding the new Bentley Continental GTC Speed, a convertible priced around $250,000.

The Bentley people really know what they’re doing. This 600-horsepower, 5- to 7-mpg in-town beauty is precisely what the bonus-laden, bailed-out chief executives will want for consolation during these hard times.
