Dawn S. Reese, CEO of The Wooden Floor, has been a transformative leader, driving positive change for young people and propelling the organization forward. Over her 14-year tenure, she prioritized program excellence, visibility, and results leading The Wooden Floor through strategic visioning processes and increasing the annual operating budget. Under her guidance, 100% of graduates have enrolled in higher education since 2005. Reese’s impact extends beyond The Wooden Floor as she founded the O.C. Nonprofit CEO Forum in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, providing support for vulnerable populations in Orange County. She actively contributes to the community as co-chair of the Santa Ana Youth Mental Health Sub-Committee and serves as board chair of the Passkeys Foundation. Her dedication has earned her numerous awards and honors, showcasing her commitment to making a difference in the lives of students, families, and the community.
