Carla Gallo of “Bones” has sold her home in the Sawtelle area of L.A.’s Westside for $1.012 million – more than 14% above its $885,000 asking price.
The Spanish-style bungalow, built in 1931, blends vintage charm with such updates as an open-concept floor. The 932 square feet of living space features hardwood floors, a light-filled living room with a decorative fireplace, an eat-in dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The kitchen has a subway tile backsplash and a butcher-block peninsula.
French doors open to a backyard with a patio, a solar-heated swimming pool and a guest house with another bathroom.
Gallo, 40, has been on such series as “Bones” (2008-15), “Blue” (2013-14) and “Californication” (2008-09). She was in last year’s film “Neighbors” and will be in the upcoming “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.”
The actress bought the property in 2002 for $430,000.
Heidi Davis of Keller Williams was the listing agent. Linda Semon of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
