“Pretty Little Liars” actor Ian Harding has sold his house in Hollywood Hills for $995,000.
The secluded bungalow in the Laurel Canyon area was built in 1948. Vaulted ceilings, built-in shelves and wood accents are among the interior details of the bohemian-vibe home.
Some 1,240 square feet of living space includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There’s a separate guest suite with a kitchenette, a two-car garage and an off-street parking pad.
A tree-shrouded deck and a dining patio add more living space outdoors.
Harding, 29, starred in the 2015 movie “Addiction: A ‘60s Love Story.” He will star in the upcoming film “Oil City” about a high school football team in a small steel town.
