Director Steve Zuckerman and talent manager Darlene Kaplan look to sell longtime Encino manor

Television and theatrical director Steve Zuckerman and his wife, talent manager and theatrical producer Darlene Kaplan, are ready to call it a wrap in Encino Hills. The couple have listed their decked-out English Tudor-inspired home for sale at $3.499 million.

Kaplan is the owner of Encino-based Darlene Kaplan Entertainment, which she has run for more than two decades. As a casting director, her credits include “Police Academy: The Series,” “Law & Order” and “Coach.”
