Actress-writer Diane Farr has listed her Spanish Revival-style house in West Hollywood at $899,000.
The gated home, painted in bold colors, was built in 1927. Inside, the 1,712-square-foot house blends original details — 20-foot ceilings, arched doorways, tile, hardwood floors — with upgrades including skylights, custom bathroom sinks and high-end kitchen appliances. The living room features an original 15-foot-tall arched window. French doors in the dining room open onto a courtyard.
Two of the three bedrooms open to a lawn with a hot tub, deck with built-in seating and a sound system. There are security cameras and a voice entry system.
Farr, 38, had regular roles on “Californication” (2009) and “Numb3rs” (2005-09). More recently she appeared on “The Mentalist” and “CSI: Miami.” Her second book, “Kissing Outside the Lines,” is a comic memoir about interracial marriage.
The property last changed hands in 2003 for $650,000.
Tracy Maltas of Partners Trust in Brentwood is the listing agent.
