Chopped Robert Irvine joins Alex Guarnaschelli and Chris Santos on the judging panel for Part 1 of “Chopped: Impossible,” a new four-part tournament. The ultimate winner then will take on Irvine in a wild-card round. The season premiere of Irvine’s “Restaurant: Impossible” follows. 8 and 9 p.m. Food
