Selling, foie gras, declawing a pet cat, calling yourself a dog “owner?” Not in West Hollywood!

Banned: Parking on many residential streets
All you want is to grab a sweet and creamy Spanish Latte at Urth Café, or a fro-yo from the worlds first Pinkberry, or a drink at the Abbey but youll have to find parking first. There are no ordinances or resolutions making it illegal to hang Sarah Palin in effigy. But when Chad Michael Morisette dressed a mannequin up as the Alaska governor and hung it by a noose in front of his
