The Beverly Hills home of Dr. Robert Rey, star of E! Entertainment Television’s “Dr. 90210,” has come back on the market at $4,395,000, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The gated Mediterranean-style house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 8,000 square feet. It features a two-story entry with a sweeping staircase, 14-foot living-room ceilings, a veranda with a fireplace, a large gym with a martial-arts area, a swimming pool and a guesthouse.
Once the home of actress Raquel Welch, the three-story residence retains her double-height closets in the master bedroom suite, which also includes his and her bathrooms, a sitting area and a fireplace.
Rey, 48, has been a regular on the reality show featuring Beverly Hills plastic surgeons since its inception in 2004. He had listed the home earlier in the year at $5,295,000.
The property previously sold in 2005 for $4.48 million, public records show.
Brett Lawyer of Sotheby’s International Realty, Sunset, is the listing agent, according to the MLS.
