Norway suspect: An article in the July 24 Section A about Anders Behring Breivik, the suspect in the attacks in Norway, said a Facebook page described him as a fan of the HBO drama “Dexter.” The series, about a guilt-ridden serial killer, is on Showtime.
Dodgers bankruptcy: A news article in the July 23 Sports section said that Highbridge Capital Partners received $5.5 million in fees from Dodgers owner Frank McCourt even though its $150-million loan would not be used. Those fees were paid to Highbridge by the team, not by McCourt personally.
Tour de France: An article in the July 24 Sports section about the bicycling competition said Australian cyclist Cadel Evans would win the three-week race without having won a stage. He won Stage 4, on July 5.
Borders: An article in the July 23 Business section about liquidation sales at Borders bookstores included a comment from a customer at the El Segundo store who said she and her son, Alex Reyes, had gone to the store together at least once a week for 10 years. In fact, they began shopping at the El Segundo store after it opened in 2006.
