Dodgers selling standing-room tickets to ‘sold-out’ NLDS games

On Thursday afternoon, as the Dodgers announced in a news release that the first two games of the National League division series were “sold out,” the team was still selling standing-room tickets on its website.
The Dodgers are charging $41 a ticket to stand on the top deck for Game 1 of the NLDS on Friday and Game 2 of the NLDS on Saturday.
“Standing room tickets amount to a little over 100 total,” Dodgers spokesman Steve Brener said in an email late Thursday. “The game is sold out.”
Brener said tickets remain on sale for Game 5 of the NLDS, which if necessary would be played at Dodger Stadium on Oct. 15.
