Baseball: Samuel Lopez of Carter is new head coach at Bonita

Samuel Lopez is the new baseball coach at Bonita, replacing John Knott, who resigned to become the head coach at Mt. San Antonio College, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
Lopez guided Carter High to a league championship this past season. He won three league titles in the Citrus Belt League.
Knott built Bonita into a powerhouse program.
