Football: Orlando Scandrick putting on seven on seven passing tournament

Dallas Cowboys defensive back Orlando Scandrick, a Los Alamitos grad, is trying to give back to the community.
He’s sponsoring a seven on seven passing tournament set for July 11 at Long Beach Cabrillo in which his foundation, 32Cares, will donate $5,000 to the winning football program to help with expenses for the upcoming season.
Teams entered include Venice, Dorsey, Leuzinger, Salesian, Hamilton, Sylmar, San Pedro, Los Angeles, Dominguez, Hawthorne and Garfield.
