Football: Saugus, Bonita tournaments set for this weekend

Saugus and Bonita will be holding seven on seven passing tournaments this weekend.
The Saugus tournament is a one-day event on Saturday at Central Park. It could be a long day for some teams, with pool play starting at 9 a.m. and the championship at 7 p.m.
The pools: (A) Saugus, Thousand Oaks, Trabuco Hills, La Serna; (B) Hart, Dorsey, Eastside, Gardena Serra; (C) West Ranch, Moorpark, Corona Santiago, Chaminade; (D) Golden Valley, Westlake, Visa Murrieta, Alemany; (E) Palmdale, Camarillo, Mira Costa, Oaks Christian; (F) Burbank, Ventura, Calabasas, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame.
The Bonita tournament will be held Friday and Saturday in La Verne.
The pools: (A) Damien, Bonita, Monrovia, Santa Fe, South El Monte, Walnut; (B) Bishop Amat, Chino Hills, Villa Park, Pomona, Silverado, Fontana; (C) Arroyo, Northview, Etiwanda, South Hills, Culver City, Peninsula; (D) Valencia, Norco, Glendora, Jurupa Hills, South Torrance, Workman; (E) Charter Oak, Kaiser, Crescenta Valley, Cathedral, Los Osos, Ayala.
