Football: The L.A. connection at Washington State
- Share via
There are plenty of former high school standouts from Los Angeles who will be seeing lots of playing time this season at Washington State.
Former Venice All-City players Gabe Marks (receiver) and Teondray Caldwell (running back) are expected to start. Robert Lewis (South East) and River Cracraft (Santa Margarita) are receivers set to make an impact. Freshman Daquawn Brown (Dorsey) could be playing immediately at cornerback.
Kache Palacio (Gardena Serra) and Jeremiah Allison (Dorsey) are backup linebackers. Anthony Carpenter (Serra) is a starting cornerback. Mike Bowlin (Aliso Niguel) is the starting punter.
