Football: Thousand Oaks QB Max Gilliam commits to Cal

Quarterback Max Gilliam of Thousand Oaks has committed to California, Coach Mike Leibin said.
The versatile Gilliam, a 6-foot-3 junior, passed for 2,920 yards and 29 touchdowns last season and rushed for 625 yards and 12 touchdowns.
His speed and improving arm strength helped make him a Pac-12 prospect.
