Football: Village Christian takes break to help others

Village Christian’s football players took a break on Saturday morning from practice to partner with the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission and help clean up streets in the San Fernando Valley.
First-year Coach Mark Bates believes in giving back to the community.
Players were using shovels and rakes, picking up trash, cleaning weeds.
