Track: Michael Norman advances to U.S. Olympic Trials 200 semifinal

Michael Norman, the Vista Murrieta graduate headed to USC, won his 200 heat on Thursday at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Oregon in 20.06 seconds to advance to Friday’s semifinals.

The top qualifying time was turned in by Noah Lyles, another recent high school graduate from Virginia. He ran 20.04.
Friday’s semifinals will take place around 5:37 p.m.
