Stat of the day: Quarterback Cody Kessler’s 39 touchdowns this season ties the USC season record set by Matt Barkley in 2011.
USC defeated Nebraska, 45-42, in the Holiday Bowl on Saturday at Qualcomm Stadium.
The Trojans finish the season 9-4 overall and 6-3 in the Pac-12 Conference.
