For our 30th anniversary we rented an apartment in Florence and stayed for 30 days. We discovered Marco and Tours in Tuscany. After finding out exactly what we wanted, he planned a customized tour of two wineries, including private tastings. The local wines were delicious and sulfite-free. At one winery we watched locals bring their olives to be pressed into delicious oil. The smell was fantastic. The best part of the trip was a lunch, made just for us, in the 800-year-old home of a local. Our daughters agreed that it was the highlight of their trip.
