Tour explores ‘Game of Thrones’ filming sites in Spain

If you love HBO’s epic medieval drama “Game of Thrones,” you might be a candidate for Zicasso’s “Season 6 Tour of Spain.” It’s a 12-day private tour that blends several story lines with displays of Spanish culture and heritage.
The tour includes visits to on-site filming locations and six UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Participants will tour Catalonia, walk the medieval streets of Andalusia, take a hot-air balloon ride and learn the secrets of preparing traditional paella in the dish’s birthplace in Valencia.
The House Martell, fighting pits of Meereen, the dining room of House Tarly and the streets of Braavos are among the filming sites that will be visited.
Dates: Dates are flexible and can be customized.
Price: From $8,399 per person, double occupancy. Included are accommodations (including a stay in a 10th century castle), breakfasts, 10 tours, entrance fees to UNESCO sites, balloon ride, paella culinary class, caviar tasting and transfers. International airfare not included.
