You can enjoy Nashville any time of the year with a $257 round-trip fare from Los Angeles International Airport that’s offered on Delta from Jan. 6 until the end of October.
Nasvhille, the capital of Tennessee, got its name from Gen. Francis Nash, an American who fought in the Revolutionary War.
Ft. Nashborough was established on the site of the present-day city, and that morphed, about 1784, into Nashville.
Today, its nickname is “Music City,” thanks to the its long association with music, music writing and performing.
The airfare, subject to availability, is for travel any day of the week, and there is no minimum stay.
