Negotiations are in progress between Crocker National Bank and Trammell Crow Co. for the bank to become the anchor tenant in a $115-million high-rise office building being developed by Trammell Crow at 8th and B streets in downtown San Diego.
Plans are being drawn for a 625,000-square-foot building that will bear the Crocker logo and will contain its main downtown banking office as well as a number of departments. Trammell Crow expects the project to begin early in 1986 and be completed in mid-1988.
