Spilled Load of Chemicals Closes Part of Interstate

SPRING, Tex. — A three-mile section of Interstate 45 was closed Monday morning after drums of poisonous chemicals fell off a truck. Authorities said there were no serious injuries, but several people were sent to hospitals for precautionary checkups.
