Insurance Company Buys Office Building

Century Center, a three-story office building in Mission Viejo, has been bought by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Los Angeles, in a transaction valued at $10.1 million, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services.
The insurance company purchased the 54,339-square-foot structure at 26522 La Alameda, as an investment from C.C. Business Partners of Irvine. The building is 100% leased.
