Chevron Corp. finalized its agreement with Iran to become the second U.S. oil company in four years to buy a cargo of Iranian crude oil, company spokesman Michael Libbey said. Chevron still needs a license from the U.S. to import the oil under trade sanctions imposed in 1987, but such approval was expected.
