Odetics Inc.: The Anaheim high-technology company reported a net income for the fiscal year ended March 31 declined to $1 million from $1.2 million for the previous year. Revenue was up 31%, to $72.4 million from $55.3 million. Fourth quarter net income dropped to $344,000 from $994,000 for the year-earlier period. Revenue increased 15%, to $19.7 million from $17.1 million.
