Sheldon Good’s Offices: If the agents at HomeLife, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, the Prudential, RE/Max or Joe’s Real Estate and Chili Parlor can’t move your house, there’s another new addition to Orange County that would like to give it a try.
Sheldon Good & Co., the Chicago real estate auction firm, has opened offices in Newport Beach for its Southern California regional headquarters.
Good joins several home-grown auction firms in this segment of the county’s real estate establishment, including giant Lange Financial Services, also of Newport Beach, Real Estate Disposition Service of Santa Ana and Auction Marketing Systems of Irvine.
