FULLERTON — A fourth suspect was arrested Friday after a shooting at a Stanton apartment, where among those fatally hit was a newly arrived Vietnamese immigrant who had been trying to reunite with his mother.
Ngua Van Mai, 23, of Fullerton was booked on suspicion of being an accomplice in last month’s shooting of 22-year-old Chien Xuan Nguyen of Stanton and 20-year-old Ba Van Tran of Westminster, Sheriff’s Lt. Larry Richey said.
Nguyen died instantly from a head wound and Tran later was declared brain dead.
