Falcon Cable in Talks to Modify Credit Agreement: Los Angeles-based Falcon Cable Systems said it does not expect to be able to pay quarterly distributions for 1993 and could not not provide assurances it can continue paying quarterly distributions throughout 1992. Falcon said it was in discussions with its agent bank to modify its credit agreement, which requires the repayment of all borrowings in quarterly installments beginning March 31, 1993.
