Maxwell Assets to Be Sold: The joint administrator of Maxwell Communication Corp., flagship of the late publisher Robert Maxwell’s empire, plans to sell the Official Airline Guides as part of its U.S. reorganization. Other Maxwell Communication assets in the United States will also be sold, raising between $700 million and $1.1 billion or more, said Mark Homan, senior partner at the accounting firm Price Waterhouse.
