Marjorie Miller’s funny article “Mexico’s Phone Follies” (World Report, June 30) was the most hilarious piece of journalism I have read in your paper for a long time. By the way, I can hardly wait until after her Mexican experience, she tries to call the Social Security hot line or the DMV here north of the border.
