SMALL FACES: Joss Entertainment has picked up the album recorded by the disgraced Milli Vanilli duo of Rob Pilatus and Fab Morvan a few months ago for a small label that never put it out. The record, “Rob and Fab,” is due at the end of the month, with a single “We Can Get It On,” due out Oct. 16. Sources say the pair is scheduled to appear on a national TV show in the next few weeks to show that they really do sing.

Bob Dylan will release his first all-acoustic album since 1964’s “Another Side.” But “Good As I Been to You,” due Oct. 27, will contain no new Dylan tunes--the album is all versions of old blues and English folk songs.
