Newhall Land to Build ITT Facility in Valencia

Newhall Land and Farming Co., a Valencia-based real estate developer, said it will build a 175,000-square-foot facility for ITT Corp.
The $14-million project will be on 10 acres in the Valencia Commerce Center business park.
ITT will move its aerospace controls from Burbank and its neodyne operations from Canoga Park to the new Valencia building after the project is completed in June. About 400 ITT employees will be based there.
