IRVINE — In its first major move toward creating a one-stop shop of real estate services, the parent company of Irvine-based Century 21 on Wednesday entered into a 20-year licensing agreement with AMRE Inc., a home improvement company that has marketed its services through the Sears name for 13 years.
Century 21 was purchased earlier this year by Hospitality Franchise Systems of New Jersey, which announced plans to move the company there and create a one-stop shop where buyers can pick a home and qualify for a mortgage.
