Lockheed Martin said the license was received after the Dec. 1 completion of a congressional review period.
The partnership, known as Hellfire Systems Limited Liability Co., based in Orlando, Fla., will begin deliveries of the missiles immediately and will complete the deliveries by the end of the year, Lockheed Martin said.
