Good Samaritans

Who says there are no good Samaritans? The other day my car stopped dead in the middle of traffic on Ventura Boulevard. . . . and lo and behold, two young ladies pulled over to help--another young lady came out of the office building asking what she could do . . . and then two young men offered to push my car out of traffic over the curb.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the young men and after trying to jump-start my car--in vain . . . they left.
However, Barbara, Sharon and Eleanor stayed with me until the tow truck came . . . offering to help with taking us home . . . and Eleanor made many phone calls for me. There are good people in this world. Our gratitude.
