* Today: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, libraries and most businesses will be closed. Ventura County transit services and Metrolink trains will not run.
* Friday: Most government offices will be open, although state offices and courts will remain closed.
* Trash: Pickup will be delayed a day beginning today.
