Nominees are now being accepted for Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District’s 1998-99 Hall of Fame. Nomination forms must be submitted to the district by Monday.

Those nominated must have graduated from a district school, served as an exemplary model for students and demonstrated outstanding personal and professional standards in their chosen field.

Past inductees have included Olympic gold medalists Janet Evans and Michele Granger; opera singer Deborah Voigt and state Sen. John R. Lewis (R-Orange). Information: (714) 985-8402.
